Shipping

Shipping is from the United Kingdom.

International Orders

Orders are sent Delivery Duties Unpaid(DDU).  Buyers are responsible for any extra fees such as taxes and custom fees.  These may be requested upon delivery.  I am unable to give costs as these vary for each country.  


UK – £3 per order 1st class signed for Service via Royal Mail ( 2 - 3 working days).

Europe - £3 per order International Standard Shipping via Royal Mail ( 5 - 8 working days).

US & Rest of the World - £3 per order International Standard Shipping via Royal Mail ( 7 - 10 working days but this can sometime take up to 3 weeks depending on custom checks and weather conditions).

These delivery times are an estimate and do not take into consideration any delays due to customs or busy times of year.

Delivery Upgrade 

To ensure delivery by a specific date and to track your order, please contact me for upgraded shipping costs before purchase.

Packaging

Each item will be careful packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Lost Orders

UK orders are considered lost 10 working days after the expected delivery date (please allow 14 days).

European orders are considered lost after 20 working days after the expected delivery date (please allow 28 working days).

US & Rest of the World orders are considered lost after 25 working days after the expected delivery date (please allow 35 working days).

Refunds / Replacements

Refunds will be sent after these time.  Prior to this the postal service consider them to be still in transit and not lost. Replacements may be sent if appropriate, as each item is a complete one off the replacement will not be exactly as the item ordered.  Customers may request an alternative replacement.

If an order has not arrived after 35 working days please contact me.  There is a time limit with the postal service provider to inform them of lost/damaged items and this must be done within 2 months.  After this time, unfortunately, I will not be able to offer refunds or replacements as it will no longer be covered or insured by the postal service provider.
